I'm a sole proprietor with a home office, which keeps my costs low and my fees competitive. Initial consults are free of charge.

As a designer I am sensitive and creative. But I always strive to produce works that satisfy the wishes of each client. Your goals are always - ALWAYS - paramount.

I am also pragmatic. Together we will address the realities of cost and schedule, starting with our first meeting (at no cost to you). I will delve into permit requirements at the outset. Working in San Francisco since 1990 has given me a great deal of insight into that daunting system. But I have completed projects all around the Bay Area.
